2. Enter your name, address, and email address

3. Register store cards for participating stores

4. Register debit or credit cards

5. Register your Macy's card

Host A Party for Prevention

All proceeds (100% of donations from your guests) are considered charitable donations for tax purposes. Receipts from Prevent Child Abuse Arizona will be provided to you for your party. We will also send thank you letters to all donors after your event.

Order an Arizona Child Abuse Prevention License Plate

This service allows you to order a specialty or personalized license plate for your vehicle. A specialty plate has a unique design and usually is associated with an organization or cause. A personalized plate contains a combination of letters and/or numbers requested by the vehicle owner. This service also allows you to check if your personalization is available and to see how it will appear on the plate prior to ordering.
